The rates
quoted below do not include Breakfast Service. Breakfast Service is
available for an additional daily charge. If you select Breakfast
Service, your kitchen is stocked daily with coffee, teas, fresh
milk, juices, fresh locally-grown fruit (in season), an assortment
of Italian breakfast biscuits, assorted cereals, locally-made honeys
and jams, butter, Italian cheeses, pastries and bread so that you
may enjoy breakfast at your convenience, not just during
pre-determined hours that suit the management, as in most inns.

Our Nespola
apartment, with two bedrooms, one large bath, living/dining area,
kitchenette and use of a large patio, is located on the upper floor
and sleeps up to five. One bedroom offers a panoramic view of the Cecina River valley, and the other overlooks our extensive private
gardens. |

The La Quercia
villa was built in the 1830’s as a typical Tuscan farmhouse.
Gradually, it has been transformed into a comfortable villa which
blends traditional Tuscan features with modern conveniences. This
spacious accommodation comprises four bedrooms, three and one-half
baths, a library, living room/dining room/kitchen and a large
private terrace and garden and offers panoramic views of the Cecina
River valley. |
