Silvia
is half French and half Italian but was born and raised in Italy
until 18. Afterwards she moved to the United States where she
graduated from Pittsburgh University and met her husband Charles.
Charles
is a native of the United States and practiced law for thirty years,
specializing in transborder commercial transactions.
After living
and working for sixteen years in Brazil, Switzerland, the United
Kingdom and France, and traveling extensively around the world, we
decided to turn our experiences to advantage by opening a small
inn. We purchased the property that is now Dolce Toscana Country
Inn in 1994 and spent two years renovating it to a high standard.
Our mission is to offer our guests a unique and personal vacation
experience in the heart of the Etruscan Riviera, where the
countryside remains much as it was two centuries ago and no tour
buses clog the streets of our charming medieval villages. We lived
in California as well.
